The marketing site VeloRank built for Excelsior Woods: three new-construction twin homes in Excelsior, Minnesota, each with its own page and a way to request a private viewing.

What we built
Excelsior Woods is a small group of new-construction twin homes on wooded lots in Excelsior, Minnesota. VeloRank designed and built the site that presents the homes. The TAYLORed Realty Team at JPW Realty handles showings, and Natural Homes is the builder.
02 / The approach
How it works
The homepage introduces the residences, then each address has its own page with price, lot size, beds, baths, and when it is ready.
Photography carries the pages. Exteriors, interiors, and an aerial are labeled when a photo is of the model home or virtually staged.
Someone ready to tour can request a private viewing and name the residence. Someone who wants the details first can ask for the brochure by email.
