What we worked on
Work stayed within standard local SEO fundamentals — no secret sauce, no black-hat shortcuts:
- Local content work aimed at how buyers and sellers actually search
- City- and neighborhood-style landing pages
- Technical SEO and indexation fixes so important pages could be found and ranked
- Google Business Profile optimization

Methodology and Limitations
How the brokerage results were measured
Figures are US-only organic search traffic from Google Search Console, comparing six months (Feb 1 – Aug 1 2026) to the preceding six months (Aug 1 2025 – Jan 31 2026).
Why US-only is the headline cut: the site's total all-country traffic numbers were distorted by a single listing URL that had been drawing a high volume of non-US clicks from one specific search query. That anomalous traffic disappeared on its own during the measurement period. Measuring US-only organic traffic routes around that distortion and gives a cleaner read on real target-market performance.
The ceiling — what this did not solve
Rankings and page-one / top-10 presence improved substantially through content and technical work, but the site's backlink and domain authority remains the limiting factor for top-three positions specifically. Page-one presence (top 10) grew much faster than top-three presence did. Authority building is a longer game than content and technical fixes alone.
