How much does Topline Pro cost?
Topline Pro has three plans: Starter at $249 a month ($199 paid yearly), Core at $349 ($279) and Pro at $399 ($319), with no setup fee. Their AI Sales Assistant, which replies to missed calls and new leads, is a $200 a month add-on. Google Ads management is 20% of ad spend with a $150 monthly minimum. Do you own your Topline Pro website?
You own the domain, not the site. Topline Pro’s help center says that if you cancel, you no longer have access to the website design but still own the domain. A site we build is yours to keep.
Can you cancel Topline Pro anytime?
Yes. Topline Pro is month to month, and their help center says to cancel by contacting their support team by phone, text or email. Launch your new site first so you are never offline.
Is the rebuild really free?
Yes. For trade and home service businesses. Host it with us from $10 a month, or take the files and host it anywhere. Monthly plans are optional.
Why is Full Local SEO $450 when Topline Pro is $399?
Topline Pro’s $399 does not include missed-call text-back and lead replies. That is a $200 add-on, so the same setup costs $599 a month. Ours is $450 and includes it, plus listings, links, call tracking and a monthly ranking report, none of which appear on Topline Pro’s pricing page.
What happens to my Google reviews?
Reviews on your Google Business Profile belong to the profile, not to a website company, so they stay put. Before you cancel, we check that you are the primary owner of the profile.
Will I lose my rankings?
We redirect every old page to its new address so Google can follow the move. Rankings can shift for a few weeks after any site move, then settle.
Do you do invoicing and scheduling like Topline Pro?
No. If you rely on those, keep using the software that does them and we connect your website to it. If what you need is more calls from Google, that is our focus.
Can I edit the site myself?
Website Care includes small edits every month. If you take the files and host the site somewhere else, changes after that need a developer.
